Founded in 1915, Blackfriars is the oldest continuously performing theatre group in Atlanta. Productions have included Antigone, The Tempest, The Fantasticks, The Learned Ladies, Just So Stories and The Emperor’s New Clothes. Agnes Scott’s Winter Theatre is home to both the theatre department and Blackfriars.
